Automated Trello Task Scheduler
We developed an automation workflow that enhances meeting productivity by streamlining task management. After a meeting concludes, the workflow retrieves the AI-generated transcript and identifies the tasks discussed. It then extracts these tasks and assigns them automatically to the relevant individuals in Trello, based on who was designated during the meeting. This seamless integration eliminates manual task assignment, reduces errors, and ensures that all action items are promptly allocated to the right team members. By automating this process, we improve efficiency, facilitate better follow-up, and help teams stay organized and focused on their responsibilities.
