Realtime Airbnb Dashboard

We developed a custom workflow for handling Airbnb reservation emails by extracting data and inputting it into an automated spreadsheet. This spreadsheet compiles upcoming checkouts and links to reservation details, including location and cleaning time required. The system generates a real-time dashboard to track which reservations need cleaning over the next three weeks. It calculates daily and weekly cleaning hours, helping manage and forecast expenses effectively. This streamlined approach ensures efficient cleaning schedules and better financial oversight, enhancing overall operational management.
