Each project is carried out according to the scope, timeline, and pricing discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

2. Project Terms

• All work begins after a signed agreement and initial deposit (if applicable).

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client communication and feedback delays.

• Clients are responsible for providing content, images, or other necessary assets unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payments

• Payments are due based on the agreed milestone schedule.

• Late payments may result in delayed project timelines or temporary suspension of services.

• All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

4. Revisions

• We offer a set number of revisions per project phase, as outlined in the proposal.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule.

• Content provided by the client must not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (e.g., website design, logos, etc.).

• Axone retains the right to display work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless requested otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Axone is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Downtime, loss of data, or performance issues on third-party platforms

• Issues arising from client-supplied content or external plugins

8. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may cancel a project with written notice.

• In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.

• Axone may terminate a project due to breach of terms, non-payment, or unprofessional behavior.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All sensitive information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Axone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
